ps vitaHomeless man is grateful after receiving PS-Vita from a 5 year old and his mother.

Susan Sevice and her son Kyle were leaving a Sacramento California Best Buy when they spotted a homeless man in the parking lot asking for change.  Kyle, who is graduating from kindergarten this year, looked up to his mom and asked “Why is that man asking for money?”

Kyle’s mom explained that the man was homeless, had no possessions and was asking for money probably for food.  Kyle then asked “Is being homeless boring?”  When Kyle’s mom confirmed his suspicions he blurted out an idea “Why don’t we buy him a PS-Vita?”.

Susan and Kyle returned to the Best Buy and purchased the homeless man a PS-Vita, a 32 gig memory card, an accessory pack that included headphones and a case, and four games: Persona 4, Tear Away, Disgea 4, and Little Deviants.

“We’ve been getting phone calls all day,” explains Susan, “I am very proud of my son for recommending a unique way to help the homeless.”

But no good deed goes unpunished, as the homeless man reportedly traded the PS-Vita for some Vicodin and a case of Bud Light.
